Summary: A habitat assessment of an area of land off Warwick Racecourse was undertaken in respect of proposed drainage works. Marshy grassland was present, and mitigation was detailed within the ecology report to minimise damage and enhance the grassland following completion of works. Planning permission was granted, and an ecological clerk of works was present on site to supervise mitigation works.
